Fancy being whisked away to the Amalfi Coast for New Years Eve?
What better grand finale for 2022 than the final chapter of our dinner series revelling in the regional delights of our favourite European destinations.
Join us to ring in the new year with a very special feast from Volare Head Chef Luca Minetti. We’ll kick off the party with freshly shucked oysters and a glass of bubbles, before indulging in a four course menu exploring the stunning cuisine of coastal Italy.
NYE set menu is $89pp, including oysters & bubbles on arrival followed by four courses. Optional $65 wine pairing.

COASTAL FRENCH WINE DINNER
Jump aboard as we fly to Coastal France for the next chapter of our dinner series revelling in the regional delights of our favourite European destinations.
This time around, Volare Head Chef Luca Minetti will be exploring the glittering azure coastlines that stretch from Nice to Marseille and Montpellier. Coastal French cuisine is famous over the world for striking the perfect balance between rustic and refinery - an epicentre of gastronomic good times!
Tickets are $125 per person and include a cocktail and oysters on arrival, followed by four courses paired with elegant, coastal wines of France.

BABY MAMMOTH KITCHEN TAKEOVER
Chef Luca is enjoying a holiday with his family who are over from Italy, so we’ve invited the well-loved and much-missed Baby Mammoth to take over the kitchen in his absence!
Opened in 2013 by Tania and Ryan Lambson, the Northbridge institution was amongst Perth’s first specialty craft beer venues, equally loved for the delicious food as well as the left-field brews it poured. Ryan is no stranger to designing creative and delicious dishes to have a drink with, having curated over 100 beer and Chefslab events throughout Baby Mammoth’s lifespan.
The team have created a delectable menu of small plates which will be available at Volare from 23 November to 4 December.

Volare Head Chef Luca Minetti is lucky enough to call Piedmont, Italy his home, so of course we had to kick off the tour there. One of Italy’s most bountiful regions and an epicentre of gastronomic good times, a four course feast of Piedmont specialties with matching wines can only mean one thing - deliciousness abound!

Wine and dine your way through midweek at Volare’s very first Wine Dinner. We’ll be welcoming Smallfry Wines for an intimate evening pairing their delicious organic and biodynamic Barossa Valley drops.

You’ll taste through five wines, paired with five modern Italian courses from Volare’s Head Chef Luca Minetti who hails from Piedmont, Italy. This is the first opportunity to indulge in some of the larger plates the Volare kitchen has in store - a delicious preview of things to come!
Smallfry are undoubtedly pioneers of natural wine - they walk the walk! Certified organic/biodynamic since 2014, they practice regenerative agriculture and as well as making their own natural wines, the pair sell their grapes to some leading makers, including Ochota Barrels, Shobbrook and Frederick Stevenson.
The wines are fresh and funky whilst keeping balance and subtlety front of mind. With a leaning towards a food friendly Euro style, we couldn’t think of a more perfect match for Volare’s first ever wine dinner.
