Wine and dine your way through midweek at Volare’s very first Wine Dinner. We’ll be welcoming Smallfry Wines for an intimate evening pairing their delicious organic and biodynamic Barossa Valley drops.

You’ll taste through five wines, paired with five modern Italian courses from Volare’s Head Chef Luca Minetti who hails from Piedmont, Italy. This is the first opportunity to indulge in some of the larger plates the Volare kitchen has in store - a delicious preview of things to come!
Smallfry are undoubtedly pioneers of natural wine - they walk the walk! Certified organic/biodynamic since 2014, they practice regenerative agriculture and as well as making their own natural wines, the pair sell their grapes to some leading makers, including Ochota Barrels, Shobbrook and Frederick Stevenson.
The wines are fresh and funky whilst keeping balance and subtlety front of mind. With a leaning towards a food friendly Euro style, we couldn’t think of a more perfect match for Volare’s first ever wine dinner.
