Join us to ring in the new year with a very special feast from Volare Head Chef Luca Minetti. We’ll kick off the party with freshly shucked oysters and a glass of bubbles, before indulging in a four course menu exploring the stunning cuisine of coastal Italy.

NYE set menu is $89pp, including oysters & bubbles on arrival followed by four courses. Optional $65 wine pairing.

For guests settling in just for drinks or for those keeping the party rolling, we have two beverage packages available to book:
